This is a versatile band.  They take music everyone loves, and give it their rock twist.  Songs from old skool classics to old school r&b and everything in between.  This band loves to get the crowd involved.  They typically pull a fan from the crowd and teach them a quick song on bass and let them play with the band.  They are always open to let other artists get up and jam with them.  It's truly a unique experience you want at your venue.  

CODY JOE POPE

INSPIRED BY Elvis Presley, Marty Robbins, & KISS*

For well over fifteen years, mainly as a lead guitarist, Cody has spent most of his time writing and performing his own music, as well as performing for many local cover acts from Texoma, to the DFW. Six years of that period were spent in Texas Country groups, molding his eclectic style of playing into a hybrid of both Country and Rock techniques, which he still showcases to this day.

FOUNDED IN 2021, THE BAND HAS BOOKED SEVERAL HUNDRED SHOWS & CONTINUE TO PLAY ACROSS THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS.

LANCEBATTALION

OUR STORY

In 2019, four high school boys were united under the direction of their history teacher. Their shared love of classic rock and musical instruments created the perfect formula for this rock and roll band, and LanceBattalion was born. LanceBattalion covers a variety of artists including Lynyrd Skynyrd, Black Sabbath & Led Zeppelin.  Their first original song "Pretty Woman" was released in March of 2023 and they have more original music on the horizon.
